Mileage logbook app for Denmark and Sweden

1. Start the trip

   Tap Start trip when you set off. Kørebog measures the distance with GPS while the trip is running, and only then.

2. Stop and save

   Tap Stop trip when you arrive. Check the distance, pick a purpose such as Client meeting or Course, and save. The reimbursement is calculated right away.

3. Send the month

   Export the month as a PDF or CSV and send it to your employer or bookkeeper with Mail, AirDrop, or Files.

• Forgot to tap Start?

  Add the trip afterward with the date, route, and distance.

• The same trip again

  Drive the same route often? Repeat an earlier trip in one tap. From, to, and purpose are filled in; you check the date and enter the distance.

• Your month on the Home screen

  See the month's trips, kilometers, and kroner at a glance. Trips with missing details are flagged, so you can fix them before you export.

• Local rates in two countries

  In Denmark, Skattestyrelsen's rates, including the lower rate after 20,000 km a year. In Sweden, Skatteverket's rate, with optional odometer readings.

• Interrupted trips aren't lost

  If the app closes during a trip, Kørebog asks next time whether the trip was finished or should continue.

• English, Danish, and Swedish

  The app follows your iPhone's language. Distances are always in kilometers.

Kørebog is made for employees and consultants who drive their own car for work and are reimbursed per kilometer. It isn't made for company cars or fleets.

• Is Kørebog free?

  Kørebog is free to download. You can log trips, see the reimbursement, and export the monthly PDF or CSV without paying. Kørebog Premium is an optional one-time in-app purchase for the reimbursement voucher and yearly or custom-period reports. It isn't a subscription.

• Does Kørebog log trips automatically?

  No. You start and stop every trip yourself. The app doesn't detect drives or start trips on its own, and it doesn't follow you between trips. A trip that is running keeps recording while the phone is locked, until you stop it.

• Which rates does the app use?

  In Denmark, Skattestyrelsen's 2026 rates for a car, including the lower rate above 20,000 km a year with the same employer. In Sweden, Skatteverket's 2026 rate per mil. You can see the rates under Settings in the app.
